Homemade Pizza Dough

Tonight was Family Night and I made homemade pizza. Everyone gets their own mini pizza to top as they like (I'm partial to bacon, mushrooms and pepperoni).

Pizza Dough

 
1 cup plus two tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
 
Place ingredients, in order given, into a bread machine. Select the dough cycle. Heat oven and pizza stone to 550 degrees. When dough is done, divide into equal portions (I divide into five pieces) and flatten slightly on a floured surface. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll dough into thin rounds. Place on parchment paper and top with pizza sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Transfer parchment and pizza to pizza stone and bake for two minutes. Slide parchment out from under pizza and continue to bake until crust is browned and cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes more.
