What's Growing on Hen and Drake Farm - Week 4

Nearly all of the cabbage and kale have sprouted. I will have many more than I have room for, but the extra seedlings will be delicious with mixed salad greens

Peppers, celery, onions, leeks and alpine strawberries all continue to make progress. Since the plants are growing in a sterile seedling mix, I've begun to water with a weak fish fertilizer solution to give them a little nutrition.
