Watering Seedlings
Don't have a drip irrigation system? No problem. Here is a simple way to make sure that your new seedlings have an adequate supply of water, especially during hot weather.
What you need:
1 gallon plastic milk jugs
Sewing needle
What you do:
Poke holes near the bottom of the milk jug. You can make one hole or place the jugs between the rows and place holes wherever your plants are located. Fill with water and sit back and relax. Just refill as needed for happy, well watered plants.
Love it. This sure beats spending money for ollas. Happy gardening!
